I’ve predominantly worked in food service, having had and maintained shift lead positions at 2 of them. I have never been fired/let go from a job, and have often been exemplary in the workplace. I excel at making connections in the workplace, creating a positive & efficient environments, & respond well to direction/feedback. This in conjunction with my delegation skills make me a good leader. I'm also a good problem solver, able to adapt on the fly and work around inconvenience.
